My car rental experience in New Zealand was truly excellent.
The staff were incredibly friendly, explained everything clearly, and the process was very smooth. From picking up the car to returning it, everything was convenient and stress-free.
Honestly, I was so glad I had this car when I got there.
In New Zealand, driving is practically the most liberating way to travel.
Whether you want to explore Auckland city, drive to the mountains for scenery, or visit different cities and towns, you can go whenever you want.
Having a car makes the whole trip much more flexible, and you have complete control over your time.
And the price was actually cheaper than I expected; renting for one day was very cost-effective.
🚗 In New Zealand, having a car means freedom.

Europcar upgraded the car we originally booked at no extra charge. The car we were given was fantastic: clean and well maintained. It took us all the way from Auckland to Rotorua and back without any issues. Overall, we were very happy with the car. Pickup and drop-off were incredibly straightforward, and the staff were friendly and professional. Keep up the good work.

The car was in excellent condition and the service was good, but walking over 900 metres from the Auckland ferry terminal to collect it was quite a slog – mostly uphill. Dragging a suitcase along would be absolutely exhausting. So, do remember: under no circumstances should you drag a suitcase to collect the car! 😅😅 That said, Auckland and the North Island are indeed splendid in their own right. While they may not boast as many attractions as Queenstown on the South Island, they offer distinct landscapes, each with its own unique charm. They are well worth exploring by car. The children thoroughly enjoyed it.😄😄😄

The car is in good condition. It's not a new car, but it's okay. The car is spacious and can hold a lot of luggage. The price is quite good. The only downside is that it only opens until 6 pm. If the flight is late, there will be an additional fee.
