Picking up and returning the car is convenient; there's a counter right outside the exit gate where you can complete the formalities. After completing the formalities, simply go outside to pick up your car, and to return it, park it directly at the pick-up location. The keys are kept in a small box outside the store. The cars are new, clean, and tidy. It can accommodate 5 people and 5 pieces of luggage.

I was surprised that they give me a car better than the model I booked for. The hybrid version RAV4 indeed served us very well as we drove from Christchurch to Milford Sound and back with several stops along the way. The car internal space was spacious and very comfortable for front and back passengers.

Picking up the car requires filling out some forms, and each driver needs to sign on-site when picking up the car. Returning the car is very quick; you can just park at the return location and leave with the staff without having to go to the counter to complete any procedures.

Car was clean and in good condition. The pick up from the airport was by shuttle to the car rental place. It was OK, but thankfully a member of airport staff kindly showed us where to wait for the shuttle which made life a lot easier. We didn't have to wait long for the car pick up or drop off, and EZU quickly established the car had been returned clean and undamaged so immediately refunded our deposit. Would recommend taking pictures of car before and after rental as backup.

Very reliable company. Picked from the airport and went to their office just 2 minutes away from the airport. Took the car and return back at the same place. The staff sent us back to the airport. Car is clean and in very good condition. Highly recommended!

The rental location is right next to baggage claim, very close. Car pick-up and drop-off are in the parking lot outside the airport, about a 2-minute walk. They provide new cars with speed limit and lane departure warnings, so you can drive with complete peace of mind!
