We rented Toyota Camry. We thought it will be a new car, but we ended up getting a pretty old car. Overall it’s clean & decent, only slight scratches inside of the car & also some dent on the windscreen. Just a little disappointed that we didn’t get the model shown on the picture. Drop off was seamless, one of the staff just took the key & spent a few minutes checking the car. He then gave us a receipt showing that deposited has been refunded. We then hopped on a mini van to get to the airport.

The car pick-up and parking locations were very convenient. The car was spacious, easy to drive, and new. It gave us many wonderful memories in New Zealand. I recommend it to anyone planning a self-drive trip in New Zealand!

Picking up the car was super convenient 👍🏼 It's right next to Queenstown Airport, and returning it was also super convenient~~~ Rent it in one location, return it in another! The rental fee wasn't expensive at all! The car was also very considerate… it would even remind you if you wanted to take a break after driving for a while 😳

When arranging the car pickup, the staff prepared the paperwork for the customer and explained its contents very clearly. The pickup location was clearly indicated, making it easy to find. The service during the return was very friendly and quick, requiring only a brief inspection before the car was returned! Overall, the service was excellent.
