Upon arriving at the airport and exiting the arrival hall, I immediately recognized the location because there was a long line of people waiting to my left. There were two rental car companies, and I checked BUDGET and got in line. The process at the counter was simple: after signing and receiving the paperwork, I went to the back of the parking lot outside and handed it over to a staff member waiting there, who escorted me to my car. Because of the high volume of customers, it was difficult to find a staff member. The website and PDF I used to apply suggested returning the car with a full tank of gas, but it's not necessary to fill it up when you rented it; just return it with the same amount of gas as when you rented it. The rental documents had a picture of a gas meter, marked halfway down. To return the car, I parked in the same parking lot as when I rented it, called a busy-looking staff member, and had them confirm the return. Then I went to the counter in the arrival hall, handed over the paperwork, and my return was complete. Perhaps it was because it was the end of the year, but the number of customers was so high that I had no choice but to wait patiently.
