This is my first time using ASAP. Their counter is located in the arrival restricted area of the domestic airport, so you need to go to the ground floor of the domestic airport and call them. A colleague will come out to assist you in about two minutes; their service is very good. You can pick up the car after crossing the street. To return the car, simply follow the QR code on the map. Everything was great except for the 6,000 baht security deposit, which was charged to my card and would be refunded later. Honestly, it would be much better if there wasn't one at all. If there were any traffic tickets or fines, they could still track down the person using the booking information or driver's license. This means they're losing some opportunities to acquire new customers.

Call am asap contact when arriving from internationals or reach out to the information to desk, all staff were very friendly in helping out!
