When renting, all I had to do was email the reservation confirmation and add optional insurance (about 212TB), and everything went very smoothly. The car needs to be returned with a full tank of gas. At a nearby gas station, just say Gas Hall 91 (type of gasoline) and Tem Than (meaning full tank) and they'll understand. When I rented, the car navigation system was set to Thai, so I had them change it to English (Japanese wasn't an option). By connecting it to my Google Maps, I could use the navigation system in Japanese and drive while listening to music on YouTube Music. The interior was very clean, and I'd definitely use it again if I had the chance.

The entire car rental experience was excellent. Staff were waiting to greet us as soon as we exited the airport. The car was in excellent condition—beautiful, clean, and odorless. The staff were friendly and polite, handling the paperwork quickly and providing detailed explanations. They also recommended some good restaurants nearby. Since we were taking an early flight back, we arranged this with the rental company in advance. When we arrived at the airport to return the car, we contacted them, and they immediately sent someone to pick it up. Their service was top-notch. 👍

I was very impressed. Picking up the rental car was very convenient and quick. The staff were polite and courteous; they were waiting for me at the entrance with a sign bearing my name, so I didn't have to search for the shop. The car was brand new and very clean. Returning the car was also quick, and my credit card was refunded immediately. If I have the opportunity to visit Ubon Ratchathani again, I will definitely use their service again. If possible, I would like their office to move to the airport (currently it's not too far from the airport). ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
