The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, with multiple payment options for booking (I paid 100% upfront but extended my booking by a day, so that was helpful), no security deposit required (I purchased full CASCO insurance from Trip), and the option to purchase insurance either on-site or through Trip. All cars, including the one we rented, were new this year with minimal mileage. Despite the instructions that we needed to get to the office ourselves, we were promptly met at the airport before the rental began (just text or call on WhatsApp), and driven to the airport after the rental ended. We didn't have to pay extra for a car wash. No one was looking for scratches under a microscope. We were served in our native language, as well as in fluent English. We were offered free water and a child seat. The car is equipped with a transponder for hassle-free travel on toll roads without wasting time. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The best value for money.

the company pic us from the airport to 10 minutes away office it was easy to take the care, new car in good condition we love and everything was smooth. however take care to buy insurance from trip.com or from the company it self we buy full insurance from trip.com and when we go back to deliver the car there where scratche and we pay 400 euro for just a scratch. after 2 days we got our money back from trip.com wich was cool
