Participants will enjoy ice cream while exploring the urban walk to Didsbury, Fletcher Moss Park, Mersey, Northenden, Chorlton Water Park, Hardy’s Farm, and Fallowfield Loop before returning to Withington. The route features flat terrain alongside riverbanks, with some muddy paths and a brief steep uphill section. Expect ample wildlife-spotting opportunities along the way. Rest stops will be available during the 5-6 hour walk. Toilets can be found at the start/end points, Fletcher Moss, Chorlton Water Park, and Chorlton.
