Young people facing mental health challenges deserve to be heard—not just as recipients of care, but as active participants in shaping their own well-being. This year’s symposium will encourage professionals to recognize children and youth as active agents in their mental health journeys, listening to their voices which both shape and are shaped by their environments.
The afternoon will showcase a panel of local practitioners from diverse organizations dedicated to serving children and youth. They will engage in an interactive discussion on how we can meaningfully incorporate young people's voices into our practice.
