The 2024 Phuket Vegetarian Festival (also known as the Nine Emperor Gods Festival) will be held from 2 to 12 October 2024. The dates change every year as it is based on the Chinese lunar calendar. The festival is one of the more famous traditional festivals in Phuket, Thailand. During the vegetarian festival, participants wear white clothes, yellow headbands, and carry various artifacts and props along the main streets of Phuket. Participants perform various performances such as piercing their faces and bodies with swords, performing fire burning and stomping, and other incredible rituals. The festival begins in the evening of Wednesday, October 2, when all participating shrines raise the "lantern pole". The Emperor God is said to descend from the pole to the shrine at midnight.

The Hua Hin Municipality, in partnership with the private sector and the Hua Hin Chefs Club in Cha-am, will host the 'Hua Hin Food Festival 2025' from August 22nd to 24th at Baan Hua Don Beach in Khao Takiab.
