The 1 Day MagicQ Basic Training Course is a comprehensive program that covers the use of all MagicQ products, including our range of PC Wings and MagicQ consoles. This course is perfect for individuals who are new to MagicQ but is also beneficial for experienced users looking to gain new insights and techniques. The training includes topics such as starting new shows, layouts, patching, recording and editing cues, cue lists and chases, and FX programming. The training will be conducted at ChamSys Ltd in Millbrook, Southampton, UK on February 20th, 2024. The cost of the course is £41.67 (+ VAT £50) and includes a MagicQ Basic DMX dongle, ChamSys USB key, training guide, and lunch. The course will run from 10:00 to 16:00. For those who wish to further enhance their skills, there is an exclusive offer. If you book both the basic and intermediate training courses for two consecutive days, you will receive a MagicDMX FULL dongle instead of the MagicDMX Basic, which is worth £75! Please note that participants must be at least 16 years old to attend the training. If you are under 16, you must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older). Basic lighting knowledge, including an understanding of DMX and universes, is required to fully grasp the concepts taught in the course. The 1 Day Intermediate MagicQ Course on 21st Feb 2024 in Southampton is an excellent opportunity for existing MagicQ users to enhance their knowledge and explore the latest features of MagicQ. This comprehensive training covers the use of all MagicQ product ranges and is designed for individuals with previous MagicQ experience in a show environment. Participants will delve into advanced topics such as advanced patching, pixel mapping, timecode, timeline scheduled events, execute window, and group FX. The training course, held at ChamSys Ltd in Millbrook, offers a conducive learning environment with a maximum of two people per console using ChamSys MagicVis for visualization. The cost of the course is £41.67 (+ VAT £50) and includes a MagicQ Basic DMX dongle, ChamSys USB key, training guide, and lunch. Additionally, if you book the basic AND intermediate training for two consecutive days, you will receive a MagicDMX FULL dongle instead of the MagicDMX Basic, which is worth £75. To participate in the training, you must be 16 years or older. If you are under 16, please contact us to make necessary arrangements for an accompanying adult (18 years or older). Some basic lighting knowledge is required, such as understanding DMX and universes, to grasp how the ChamSys MagicQ consoles output to fixtures.
