This exhibition invites you to explore the world of Edvard Munch —his ideas, processes, and the profoundly human topics that occupied him and that still affect us today. Through a wide selection from the museum’s collection, you can experience the richness of Munch’s artistic career and his unrelenting drive to experiment and innovate. The exhibition provides the opportunity to engage with themes and motifs that Munch explored his whole life in the form of paintings, graphics, drawing, photography, and sculpture—the tales of anxiety, death, love, and loneliness, which we all have in common.

The 13th edition of the MOMENTUM biennale will be an investigation and celebration of sound and an exploration of the relations between the natural and cultural worlds of Moss, Norway. MOMENTUM 13 will take place during the summer of 2025. This edition will be a sonic MOMENTUM, a movement and a moment focused within the (ultra)local, inspired by, and highlighting its human and non-human inhabitants, in the city, forest, fjords and cultural landscape of Jeløy and Moss. The participating artists will take local environments and localities as their impetus and inspiration for further explorations.

This year we are offering Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) certification to youths who attend and complete all classes. Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) is a program that provides information to U.S. beef producers on how good husbandry techniques can be coupled with accepted scientific knowledge to raise cattle under optimum management conditions. It is everyone's responsibility (no matter if they raise one beef animal or a thousand) to ensure product safety and wholesomeness to the beef consumer. While adults are highly encouraged to attend BQA training, at this field day only youths aged 18 and under are eligible to receive the BQA certification due to the length of the training. Youth who participate in the Florida State Fair Steer Program receive Champion Youth Points for being BQA certified. BQA certifications are active for 3 years. For this in-person event, everyone attending must purchase a ticket (students and adults) , so we have plenty of space for the groups to travel by wagon and space in classrooms. Adults who don't want to purchase a ticket are welcome to wait on their students at the assembly area. A participant consent, release and waiver of liability must be completed for everyone (students and adults) attending. Each adult must submit their own form. An adult attending with their children can include their children on their form (up to 5 minors can be included with 1 adult submission). The Norwegian Mountain Marathon is a sporting event for the whole family and all ages. The events include the marathon, half marathon, 10 km cross-country race, mini marathon 7 km race and a children's race of about 800 meters. The race is held in Beitostølen, Norway. The marathon starts at about 900 meters, the highest point is about 1400 meters, and the finish line is about 900 meters. The course starts in Beitostølen and passes through beautiful and desolate mountain landscapes on a paved road to the finish line in Beitostølen. The half marathon starts at the highest point of the marathon course and runs all the way to the finish line in Beitostølen.

It’s not hot and too cold during the mild and dry Arctic summer.Spitsbergen Marathon is truly an international race. Runners from all over the world gather at 78 degrees north to run in the world’s most northern marathon on permanent ground. The local residents of Longyearbyen cheer for everyone, and the town turns into a running hot spot for a few days as the marathon goes on. After the race, there’s always a banquet organised where you’ll be served a big, delicious – calorie rich – meal while you get to meet and mingle with the other runners. Spitsbergen Marathon held the first weekend in June every year. We have 3 distances, as well as Lab and Line race for the youngest.
