WMP Young Person's Football Tournament | Tally Ho Conference & Banqueting Centre

You have been invited to take part in a football tournament organised by West Midlands police on Saturday 5th October 2024 at Tally Ho, Pershore Road, Birmingham, B5 7RN. The tournament will start at 12.00 and will conclude at 17:00There will be two tournaments for two age groups: 12-14yrs and 15-17yrs.Players do not need to be experienced, we welcome all abilities to take partWinners and runners up with be presented with a trophy7 aside with maximum squad of 10 players You are able to enter a number of teams if you have more than 10 players. If you only have a few interested players then please let me know and I can look at putting teams together.The games will be 15 mins each: fixtures and exact timings will be sent out closer to the time.Teams do not need to have there own kit. Sports clothing and appropriate footwear such as boots or moulded trainers will be fine. Bellboating - Family Session | Kings Norton Playing Fields

This is a family activity and children MUST be accompanied by at least one adult aged 21 years and over. Please note the cost is per person. Car parking is available at Kings Norton Playing Fields. The activity is led by a qualified and insured helm who provides an introduction to the bellboat and water safety, as well as steering the boat. Bellboating is lo-impact and is suitable for most people including non swimmers. However, any health issue that could impact on your safe participation MUST be declared when booking. Comfortable footwear and sensible clothing MUST be worn including warm and waterproof clothing on wet weather days. Strictly no jeans, heeled shoes or boots of any kind. The Junction Paddle Sport Club is a local, not for profit organisation based on The Stratford Canal in Kings Norton. The small fee for this activity covers running costs. Please respect the fact this is a community and entirely volunteer delivered activity. Abuse or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.

Starting from the gloomy churchyard at Pershore Abbey - prepare to meet your mysterious guide The Body (or 'Ben' as his friends call him) for a menacing meander through Pershore where he will regale you in tales of ghosts, ghouls and things that go bump in the night. What you will hear on this fateful night will be real-life accounts from residents of Pershore past and present told by a professionally trained actor. We cannot promise that you will see anything out of the ordinary on this adventure but we can promise that it will be a night that you will NEVER FORGET! Suitable for all curious souls aged 10+.
