The Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Festival Executive Committee, in which Dwango Co., Ltd., Animate Co., Ltd., and Hacosta Co., Ltd. participate, will hold a large-scale Halloween event for cosplayers, "Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Festival 2024".
