Meet us at Sharp Signs for a quick trip out to William O'Brien State Park in the scenic trail run Saint Croix River valley. 7 AM - Roll over to Sharp Signs, we'll have coffee at the shop and have chartered transportation from the sign shop to the trail head in Scandia, MN. 8 AM - Head out towards William O'Brian State Park on our big yellow bus. If you've arranged your own transportation, meet at the visitor center parking lot. 9 AM - We'll huddle for a stretch and to chat through logistics before heading out on a trail run led by Tyler at North Coast Running before heading out on a 5 - 9 mile run. 11 AM - Lunch. We've got you covered, but feel free to bring whatever you like. 12 PM - Head back to the Twin Cities. We'll be back to Sharp Signs about 1 PM.
