We are the Minnesota Brewery Running Series® and we run for beer! 🏃‍♂️🍻 Join us at Badger Hill Brewing Co on Saturday, September 27, for a run that’s as fun as it is refreshing! This event is part of the annual Shaktoberfest, so come ready for a wunderbar (wonderful) and bier-filled celebration. Whether you’re in it for the exercise, the craft beer, or just a gemütlich (cozy, friendly) time, this 5K-ish fun run is perfect for all ages and fitness levels. Run, walk, or jog at your own pace, enjoy the fresh air, and celebrate with a locally brewed beer when you cross the finish line! Prost! This no-experience-required class, open to those 21 and older, is led by skilled local artists who will provide all necessary materials. For just $38, participants can enjoy an evening of artistic exploration in a relaxed setting. Please note that registration must be completed in advance, as spots are limited. In a Vinyasa class, movements are coordinated with your breathe as you flow from on pose to another. Oftentimes it is a more advanced practice for those with a relatively consistent yoga practice. Knowlege of sun salutation and basic yoga poses is helpful, as the class with progress at a faster pace than a slow flow class. Options to move deeper into more advanced poses will be given, but safety and alignment will remain a priority. The class is for those looking to move even deeper into their practice through advanced breathwork, poses and movement. Vinyasa style yoga wiht small bursts of high intensity interval training (HIIT) between poses and flows. Yoga and cardiovascular exercise experience recommended as we will move at a faster pace and get your heartrate up. This style of yoga is meant to be more of a workout but still focuses on alignment and using your breath to move through traditional yoga postures and movements in a safe manner.
