Exercise ClassCome join our Exercise Class to break a sweat and have some fun! This in-person event offers a great opportunity to get active and meet like-minded people. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the workout, no matter your fitness level. Don't miss out on this chance to improve your health and well-being. Grab your workout gear and get ready to feel the burn! We provide a variety of classes, including mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), which combines mindfulness, meditation, and yoga with a particular focus on reducing stress; Iyengar yoga; Pilates; overall body conditioning classes; and wellness programs to corporates and individuals to make your wellness journey simple, accessible, and easily scheduled into each individual’s daily regime. We have got you covered in this exercise class. We want to be there to guide, motivate, and make a difference in your health and lifestyle. We are confident that we can exceed your expectations as we can create bespoke, tailored, and specific workout programs, nutrition programs, and classes to reach your target goals. This class is a blend of flexibility and strength training which improves posture and form and supports you with training, toning, recovering in everyday life. The class focuses on alignment and improvement of poor posture. Move fluidly from one pose to another by connecting body, mind and breath. Each class is unique, guided by the teacher's individual style and training, offering a steady, but faster-paced flow. Improve strength, flexibility and mobility through regular practice. Please bring a bottle of water with you, entirely optional, although it is important to keep hydrated during the session. II. If the weather changes on the day, a representative from our organization will reach out to inform you if the event has been rescheduled for another day when it is not raining outside. III. The entire event is outdoors in the garden. It would be advisable to wear sunscreen, though this is entirely optional. IV. We recommend enjoying the park and the wildlife there. There are a number of exotic birds and native species, including red-necked wallabies, eagle owls, white deers, ring-tailed lemurs, and Scottish wildcats. V. The instructor and team work entirely for philanthropy and 100% of the profits go to the registered charity. All the proceeds of this event support our three charities: A-Sisterhood, Cancer Research UK, and GAMMED - Gambia Medical UK Partnership. VI. The charity raises the standards of hospital treatment in Gambia. They send regular teams of healthcare professionals including Anaesthetists, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Radiologists, Plastic Surgeons, Physiotherapists and representatives from the medical devices industry. Surgical cases are performed and teaching & training provided.Annually, A-Sisterhood raises money for a number of female-related causes both in the UK and overseas which are focused on helping women in need. To highlight the impact of A-Sisterhood we have included a summary of just a selective few of the charities they have supported to date:Stop Acid Attacks in India which helps women and girls who have survived acid violence.The Black Mambas in South Africa which is South Africa’s first all-female anti-poaching unit protecting the rhino.Jasmin House – a rape crisis centre in LeicesterSakhi Education for Girls – which educates girls living in the squatter settlements of Mumbai.Women in Need, Sri Lanka – a charity dedicated to eliminating violence against womenWildlife SOS where A-Sisterhood supports upskilling the women – and educating the daughters - of the gypsy community which gave up their dancing bears to the sanctuary.Tomorrow’s Women – which offers support following domestic abuse, mental health issues, substance misuse and social isolation.
