This year marks the 13th Nagoya Oktoberfest. Over 130 beers are available, directly imported from German breweries, some of which are making their Nagoya Oktoberfest debut! In addition, there are many authentic foods that perfectly complement the beer, such as sausages and the Nagoya Oktoberfest specialty – grilled whole mackerel. Authentic German folk music performed daily by the professional German band Maria & Alpenbaum adds to the festive atmosphere. The Osu Summer Festival is a grand event held annually from late July to early August, taking place over a weekend at the Osu Kannon Temple and Osu Shopping Street. Besides the familiar cosplay parade, Osu taiko drum performances, and handheld fireworks, there are many other interesting activities this year. A Bon Odori festival will also be held, along with food stalls. TREASURE is a global boy group that debuted under YG ENTERTAINMENT on August 7, 2020, and the slew of newcomer awards they won in 2021 earned them the nickname "monster rookies."In 2024, their second JAPAN TOUR "2024 TREASURE TOUR [REBOOT] IN JAPAN" was held in seven cities across eight venues with sixteen performances, breaking the record from their first tour with a total of 300,000 attendees. In July of the same year, they held the fan meeting "2024 TREASURE FAN MEETING ~ WONDERLAND ~" with 23 performances across six cities and a total of 170,000 people attended - an unprecedented scale for a Korean boy band.With a total of 39 shows for both tours and a total audience of nearly 500,000 people, they are drawing a great deal of attention as a global boy group that is focused on their live shows.From 2025 through early 2026, TREASURE successfully completed their third Japan tour, “PULSE ON.” The 15-show run attracted over 300,000 attendees, demonstrating the group's formidable strength and influence as “live performers.”In 2026, TREASURE is set to launch a brand-new fan tour—“TREASURE THE STAGE 2026 IN JAPAN.” The tour will visit seven cities across Japan, with a total of 15 performances.

The Domanaka Festival (abbreviated as Domanaka) is the largest group dance festival in the Chubu-Chubu region of Japan and one of Nagoya's most famous events. The festival, which began in 1999, welcomes various dance styles and invites teams from all over Japan and overseas to participate. The 28th Domanaka Festival will be held from August 28th (Friday) to 30th (Sunday), 2026, at 16 venues in Nagoya City, featuring approximately 200 teams showcasing dances reflecting the unique characteristics of each region. Each team performs with original music and vibrant costumes reflecting local culture, creating a "grand dance" that allows the audience to participate and unites the entire venue in a lively and exciting atmosphere.
