Free aviation education symposium for flight instructors, schools, and university leaders aboard a Bermuda cruise, Oct 24–29, 2026.

All Envision Flight EDU-CON sessions take place onboard Royal Caribbean's Independence of the Seas, sailing roundtrip from Cape Liberty, New Jersey, October 24–29, 2026. The ship departs by 3:00 PM on October 24 (boarding times vary by guest) and returns to New Jersey at 7:00 AM on October 29.

The Envision Flight Symposium is FREE for attendees. Vendors and sponsors register and pay through this page as well.

- Vendor Exhibitor Table ($2,000)
- Silver Sponsorship ($5,000) – includes a vendor table
- Gold Sponsorship ($10,000) – includes a vendor table
- Platinum Sponsorship ($20,000) – includes a vendor table
Only 12 vendor/sponsor spaces are available in total.
During checkout we will ask each registrant for name, email, phone, title, company (optional, for independent instructors), and cabin reservation number (optional – may be added later once Harr Travel confirms your cabin) so we can plan private dining and other group activities.
