Panda Festival at Mall of America | Bloomington
Celebration
As one of the fastest-growing outdoor Asian food festivals in the U.S., the Panda Festival returns to the North Parking Lot of the Mall of America from July 31 to August 2, 2026, for its second annual event. More than just a food festival, the Panda Festival is a grand cultural celebration, bringing together Asian street food, traditional and modern performances, interactive cultural experiences, a craft market, and the ever-popular panda-themed rides.
Participants can embark on a culinary journey across Asia, with over 80 food stalls and trucks offering more than 200 dishes from China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, and more. From authentic street food to creative fusion cuisine, the Panda Festival has something for everyone.
In addition to the food, the festival features a curated market with over 20 vendors showcasing handicrafts, clothing, accessories, and artisan creations inspired by Asian traditions.
Cultural activities encompass traditional art displays, modern dance, theatrical performances, and continuous live entertainment, such as lion dances, sugar painting, paper cutting, calligraphy, and K-pop dance performances. Pandas remain the heart of the event, with a variety of fun and photogenic attractions including a 15-foot-tall inflatable panda, panda trampolines, themed food, exclusive merchandise/souvenirs, interactive games, and photo spots throughout the festival venue.
