2026 FIFA World Cup Stadiums Introduction and Ticketing Process
Overview
The 2026 FIFA World Cup (23rd edition) will be held from June 11 to July 19, 2026, jointly hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This marks the first time in World Cup history that three countries co-host the tournament. This World Cup will feature 48 teams, with a total of 104 matches distributed across 16 stadiums.

Tickets for this event are sold by [Connexus Travel Limited] (hereinafter referred to as "Connexus"). You can place your order through the Trip.com platform. To help you better understand the ticketing rules, please read the following ticketing process carefully before purchasing tickets.
1. Self-service ticketing:
You can enter the ticket purchase page to select and purchase tickets for the corresponding session, but a successful order does not guarantee obtaining admission tickets. Due to the global ticket pool inventory sharing and price fluctuations, all successfully submitted orders need to be reconfirmed uniformly by [Connexus]. The final confirmed order will be based on the order after reconfirmation. After successful reconfirmation, the email address of the contact person will receive the [Order Confirmation Notice] , at which point the ticket reservation is considered successful. If the reconfirmation fails (including but not limited to reasons such as insufficient inventory, price changes, etc.), the order will be automatically cancelled, and the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days without any handling fees.
After the reservation is successful, you will receive [Full Travel Newsletter and Email ], and need to submit relevant materials as required, including but not limited to address information, spectator passport number, etc., to provide you with ticketing-related services such as ticket issuance and real-name verification at the organizer FIFA . Trip.com do not participate in the collection process of this material and Trip.com do not collect or process relevant information. Please read the relevant Privacy Policy carefully before submitting the information. If the relevant information is incomplete or wrong, the ticket issuance fails, Trip.com will not be responsible for it.
The final ticketing result shall be subject to the organizer's email. After ticketing, you can view the e-ticket information on the FIFA Official App linked to the spectator's passport . The Trip.com order is only an e-voucher and does not serve as the basis for on-site entry.
*If you cannot find your desired show among the shows displayed on the front end, you can place an order for viewing consultation and submit your ticket purchase intention.
2. Consultation and Ticket Purchase:
After the user places an intention order, the system will send an order confirmation email to the email address you provided, and include a link to the questionnaire for the North American World Cup intention tickets in the order confirmation email. You are required to complete the intention ticket questionnaire link within 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation email.You can only complete it once, and it is only for inquiries about a single match. If you fail to fill in the link within 24 hours, the intention order will be automatically cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
After you complete the questionnaire, Trip.com will confirm the ticket inventory and price with the seller [Connexus] based on the preferred session you filled in the questionnaire, then send the corresponding ticket link to your email address and reserve the corresponding inventory. Please check your email in a timely manner. If you do not receive the link, please check your spam folder or contact Trip.com customer service promptly. You are required to complete full payment within 24 hours after receiving the link. After successful payment, the system will send an [Order Confirmation Notice] to the contact person's email address, and the ticket order will be considered successfully reserved. If full payment is not completed within 24 hours, the reserved ticket inventory will be released, the intention order will be automatically cancelled and a full refund will be issued, and you will need to repurchase the tickets
After the ticket order is successfully booked, you will receive [ Newsletter and Email ] from [Full Travel], and need to submit relevant materials as required, including but not limited to address information, spectator passport number, etc., to provide you with ticketing related services such as organizer FIFA ticket issuance and real-name verification.
