Sleepless Night | Paris
Celebration
On Saturday, June 6, 2026, Paris will celebrate Nuit Blanche with Barbara Butch, a grand celebration of love that places music at the heart of art. To commemorate its 25th anniversary, Nuit Blanche will transform Paris and the surrounding area into a grand art festival. Under the artistic direction of DJ and social activist Barbara Butch, the 2026 anniversary edition of Nuit Blanche, a leading symbol of Parisian inclusive nightlife, invites everyone to participate. The theme, "A Grand Celebration of Love," celebrates unity, diversity, and the joy of gathering. This year's event will feature over 100 free art performances by more than 5,000 artists invited since its inception. The main route is a truly fluid journey through the capital, built around three main axes: the central area: from the square in front of the City Hall to the Marais district; the east: from the East and North stations to Stalingrad and the Villette Basin; and the west: from the Petit Palais to the Grand Palais, and then to the Louis Vuitton Foundation. The 2026 "White Nights Festival" demonstrates a strong support for emerging artists, who comprise 80% of the participating artists. The festival also upholds gender equality, strictly balancing the proportion of male and female artists in its programs. Immersive installations, dance performances, and sound creations intertwine, transforming the city into a space of infinite possibilities, where art encounters all audiences in public spaces, monuments, and often inaccessible locations.
