This weekend is suitable for those who have experience in shamanic practice and who have a strong connection to their compassionate helping Spirits. It may not yet be suitable for those who are just beginning their exploration with Spirit as the work can be challenging,[ as well as fun.]
In this two-day non-residential course, we will use ancient sacred practices and ceremonies to reconnect with our loving Ancestors and Descendants. Stage 2: E-Learning - Learners access their interactive E-Learning via our website and study the following: Recap of the Practical Training Day that took place at your setting / Croup / Sickle Cell / Diabetes / Poisons / Bites and Stings / Electrical Shocks / Drowning / Extreme Temperatures / Final Assessment.
It is a requirement of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) that at least one person who has a current Paediatric First Aid Certificate must be on the premises at all times when children are present, and must accompany children on outings.

De schrijfsels in haar dagboeken zijn een rijke schat aan persoonlijke anekdotes en herkenbare verhalen. Die geven een bijzonder beeld van een eenvoudige vrouw die met vallen en opstaan haar eigen weg vindt en die met humor en relativering de maatschappelijke veranderingen van twintigste eeuw doorstaat. Een bijzondere tante die strooiend met grappige levenswijsheden en door iedereen geliefd heel tevreden tweeënnegentig is geworden. Haar leven lang zong ze met enthousiasme talloze liedjes die ze ooit op de radio had gehoord. Haar dagboeken, aangevuld met persoonlijke herinneringen en de lievelingsliedjes van tante Joke, vormen de basis van deze verteltheatervoorstelling. Een portret in verhalen en muziek die niemand onberoerd zal laten. Omdat mij dit bij deze voorstelling overkwam is deze toegevoegd aan mijn persoonlijke boek van memorabele gebeurtenissen. De voorstelling is in zekere zin confronterend omdat deze niet alleen autobiografisch maar tevens verbazingwekkend openhartig is. Rata Kloppenburg geeft zoveel intieme details dat je soms het idee krijgt dat decorum er niet meer toe doet. Maar vóór zo’n ontluisterend punt bereikt wordt komt daar de verlossende relativerende opmerking, de humor, de lach. Wat Rata tijdens haar adolescentie overkwam hebben velen van ons ook in enigerlei vorm ervaren, de emoties zijn herkenbaar, we zien en voelen de parallellen. Daarom is “een luchthartige monoloog” een perfecte typering van de voorstelling. Hier is zeker ook een groot compliment op zijn plaats voor pianist René Veen, die als een rots in de branding zorgdroeg voor een immer expressieve Shostakovich, en tevens af en toe als sidekick fungeerde, essentieel als bliksemafleider bij een anderhalf uur durende monoloog. Everything is provided—I'll have cyanotype examples to inspire you and fresh and dried flowers and leaves to create with. Feel free to bring botanicals from your own garden or wanderings. You'll leave with your own prints, but more importantly, you'll have a new perspective for the natural beauty around you. Don't be surprised if you're found looking closely at the leaves on a tree or peering into the tall grasses and saying, Now that would make a great cyanotype! Because cyanotype is so easy and fun, it's a great activity for gatherings with family or friends, girls' night out, team building, art parties, and birthday parties. I'm available for private events with a minimum of four people. Classes are in English and take place at the Visitor's Center. (Workshop price includes VAT.)

Who is Shiru Shir ?
Shiru Shir ( Let’s Sing a Song ) is a choir from Paris of some 20 members, founded in 2017, which became an official association in 2021. The choir has diversified its repertoire over the years from its Jewish liturgical and folk roots, to jazz, world music, as well as baroque, renaissance and contemporary music. In addition to its regular concerts throughout the year, Shiru Shir also takes part in large-scale projects with orchestra (Dogora by Etienne Perruchon, 2023 and Choir Festivals, 2024).
Our Project in 2025 : Annelies, a musical tribute to Anne Frank’s Diary
In 2025, the Shiru Shir choir will commemorate the 80th anniversary of Anne Frank’s passing in 1945 by performing an outstanding work: ANNELIES, composed by James Whitbourn in 2005 and based on excerpts from Anne Frank’s Diary compiled by the librettist Melanie Challenger (in English).
This solemn and powerful music will be performed by the choir, a soprano soloist and a chamber ensemble. It highlights the vivid storytelling and poignant emotion of Anne Frank’s testimony, elevating it to a universal story and a prayer for humanity.

Drawing Ritual | DAY Collective studio
Drawing Ritual is an experience of freedom of expression, connection, senses, and trust. This is a process, in which people explore pastel drawing on paper and meeting each other in an embodied way. This ritual involves various movement and drawing processes. Here the body and mind relax, and the playfulness, creative flow and the drawing process beyond representation is activated. There is only one rule: no words. The duration of the experience is 1.5 hours. The studio is open for visits till 6 pm. The event is a part of Blauwe Zone Festival taking place in Amsterdam Nieuw-West on Saturday and Sunday, 5-6 July. About the organisers:
DAY Collective is an artist duo consisting of Dorota Radzimirska and Yulia Ratman, based in Amsterdam. Their artistic research investigates how consciousness can be accessed through embodied artistic practices, and how art can serve as an affirmative space for connection—with self, others, and the environment. They approach art-making as a form of ritual. Our practice moves between intuitive solo drawings, collaborative soft sculptures, and participatory performances. These three elements are deeply interconnected and emerge from states of presence, trust, and wordless dialogue.
