Why can sleep-aiding music alleviate the current situation of insomnia in cities? Behind it is the dual contradiction of "staying up late addiction" and "sleep anxiety" of modern people. U12 Theater × Mingshi Healing Music Studio specially customized the immersive music sleep-aiding experience "Mingshi Sleep Concert" in the professional theater, using music to awaken the inner healing power and convey the relaxation philosophy of "rest is more important than falling asleep". Imagine that under the quiet theater dome, you have your own "Starry Sky Rest Cabin"; when the specially made bed holds up your body like a cloud and isolates you from the hustle and bustle, your senses awaken with the artist's fingertips - the moonlight is crushed to weave a lullaby, the humming of the Milky Way ripples, and the immersive sound field wraps you in a flowing cocoon of notes. Consciousness gradually becomes hazy and foggy, the stage beam turns into a guiding lighthouse, and the artistic energy field resonates with the biological clock. This will be your wonderful journey of sleeping with art.
