TICKETING GUIDELINES
1. This event adopts electronic tickets with one ticket per person. Children full ticket. Children under the age of three are not recommended entry.
2. For each session of this event, a maximum of 4 tickets per mobile phone number and 1 ticket per ID card number can be purchased. When purchasing tickets, buyers must provide the audience's real name, a valid personal ID, and a valid mobile phone number.
3. Once sold, tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, or gifted.
4. (1) For those who apply for a refund before 24:00 on July 20, 2025, a refund handling fee of 10% of the actual payment amount for the returned tickets will be charged.
(2) For applications for a refund from 0:00 on July 21 to 24:00 on July 24, 2025, a refund handling fee of 20% of the actual payment amount for the returned tickets will be charged.
(3) For applications for a refund from 0:00 on July 25 to 0:00 on the date corresponding to the event ticket, a refund handling fee of 50% of the actual payment amount for the returned tickets will be charged.
(4) No refunds of any form will be accepted from 0:00 on the date corresponding to the event ticket.
For refunds, please apply to the customer service of the original ticket - purchasing channel and provide the corresponding refund information.
5. This event implements real-name verification with ID card and facial recognition for entry. Mainland Chinese spectators (including children) must present their original ID cards for ticket verification. Spectators without a mainland Chinese ID must complete identity verification through the official real-name authentication platform in advance and enter by facial recognition.
6. Each match of this tournament will be held according to the time stated on the ticket. If a match has not ended before the start of the next match, the competition will be suspended and the audience will be cleared from the stadium. Subsequently, depending on the progress of the evening matches, the competition will resume on the table where the match finishes first. The audience for that session can re-enter the venue and watch the game as per on-site guidance.
7. The schedule and arrangement of the competition may be subject to changes, and please stay tuned to event official WeChat account and Weibo for the latest information.
8. If the event is cancelled due to force majeure or other objective reasons, it will be refunded according to the paid amount and will not bear any other losses of the ticket purchaser.
9. Adherence to the "2025 World Snooker Shanghai Masters Audience Notice" is required, and the event is subject to the legal jurisdiction of the People's Republic of China.
World Snooker Shanghai Masters Audience Notice
1. Please enter 20 minutes before the start of the game and take your seats.
2. After entering, please turn off your mobile phone or put it in silent mode.
3. Restricted items: Restricted items refer to items that violate the rules of the competition and may affect the safety and order of the competition, and are not allowed to be brought into the venue. If security personnel discover restricted items, the person carrying them shall handle them themselves. The restricted items include:
(1) Fragile items such as glass.
(2) Food that may cause other people's olfactory discomfort and affect the competition, and which is easy to throw and bring safety risks (such as durian, Stinky tofu, eggs, and large single fruit); The outer packaging and the food itself are prone to produce noise that can affect the competition (such as potato chips, melon seeds).
(3) Those that have not been reported by the public security department include but are not limited to emergency light signs, hand signs, banners, slogans, promotional materials, etc.
(4) Wheeled tools other than baby strollers and wheelchairs, including but not limited to folding electric bicycles, folding bicycles, scooters, skateboards, etc.
(5) Animals (excluding service animals such as guide dogs).
(6) Various sticks and sharp objects that are prone to personal injury, such as baseball bats, long handled umbrellas, etc;
(7) Other items that may affect safety, such as laser pens, remote controlled drones, and igniters such as lighters and matches.
(8) Bottled and canned water and beverages.
(9) Any alcoholic beverage.
4. Please do not shout players' names,bring cards, banners, glow sticks, fireworks and other items into the stadium.
5. Please clap at the right time. If you need to leave the game, please wait until the end of the game.
6. The ambient temperature is low, please bring appropriate clothing.
7. If the result of the match cannot be obtained before the start of the next match, or if all the matches cannot be finished before the start of the next match, the audience must leave the stadium first and can re-enter to watch the match at the rescheduled time.
The Organizing Committee of the Event reserves the right to disqualify the participant from the event if the following acts occur during the competition:
1. Answer cell phones or talk loudly or make noise.
2. Smoking, recording, filming and photography in the venue.
3. Before the end of the game, walk around, change positions, enter and leave the field at will.

"On Top of the Pyramid: The Civilization of Ancient Egypt" is the fourth exhibition in the Shanghai Museum's "Dialogue with the World" cultural relics and art exhibition series. It will be grandly opened at the People's Square Pavilion on July 18, 2024 and open to the public on July 19.
As the world's largest and Asia's highest-level overseas exhibition of ancient Egyptian cultural relics in history, the exhibition brings together 492 groups of 788 precious cultural relics from different periods of ancient Egyptian civilization, of which more than 95% are in cooperation with the capital of the Egyptian government. The exhibition will last for 13 months, fully revealing the appearance of ancient Egyptian civilization and its archaeological discoveries to the audience, and promoting mutual learning between Chinese and Egyptian civilizations.
