The third annual Dublin Coffman Cross Country Camp will be hosted by the Dublin Coffman XC team, coaches, and boosters.WHO: Any incoming 4th through 8th grader (boys or girls!) interested in running, cross country, or just looking to get in shape for the fall!- Those who are planning on competing in middle school cross country this year. - Those who are planning on competing in middle school cross country in the future. - Those who are training for a local 5k or other race. - Those who are looking to get into shape for their fall sport or other reason. - Those who just want to see if they might like running, and want to learn more about the sport, as well as have the opportunity for fun and socialization and a positive experience around working out! Our main focus is on developing a FUN and POSITIVE relationship with running.
