Help the Burnaby Lake Weedbusters at Lenson! We are expanding our native wildflower meadow! BLPA volunteers will weed out any invasive vegetation regrowth in the covered expansion area around the existing meadow, particularly any Creeping Buttercup , then spread a layer of new soil over the expansion area and sow some native seeds there. We will meet at the Lenson Garage. Please scroll down to see a map to precise location. Tools and training will be provided. This event will be limited to 15 volunteers. If you are a new volunteer, please select the "New Volunteer" Ticket. If you are a returning volunteer, please select the "Returning Volunteer" Ticket. What to bring Water bottle, and your work/garden gloves and tools if you prefer.
