Night Out in Nature - Hardwick Hall | Hardwick Hall
Jul 2, 2025 (UTC+0)
Hall
Frozen Light brings 'Night Out in Nature' to Hardwick Hall. Four scientists have lived inside a biodome for over a decade nurturing the Blostma, a plant so powerful it only flowers every 12 years. The Blostma might be what we've all been waiting for, but only if it blossoms under the full moon tonight! You're invited to enter the biodome and experience this cosmic, floral event. The question is, after 12 years of waiting, will the Blostma reveal its blooms? This event is wheelchair accessible and limited to 6 individuals with PMLD and their carers per show. To prepare for the show, you can access our visual story here. This event has been made possible with the support of the National Trust and Hardwick Hall.

The Most Perilous Comedie of Elizabeth I - at Ordsall Hall | Ordsall Hall
Jul 15, 2025 (UTC+0)
Hall
Elizabethan theatre is flourishing. But will a brand-new Tudor musical romp, in which Good Queen Bess takes to the stage herself, be the making of this heroine or spell the beginning of her downfall? The stage is set for regicidal rivalries, devious dramatics, and plotting playwrights. Beset by misunderstandings and a script that…let’s just say…needs some work, this production promises to be largely historical, always hysterical. As the old saying goes…thy show must go-eth on! ★★★★★ – “So entertaining…laugh-out-loud funny” ★★★★★ – “Riotously fun. Hugely enjoyable” ★★★★★ – “The ultimate British theatrical experience” – Hastings Independent Press ★★★★★ – “Great fun for the whole family…my kids are still talking about it!” On Tuesday 15th July, join us at Ordsall Hall. Bring your own cushions, and camping-chairs and join us on our 10th anniversary open-air adventure. Come prepared for the weather - the performance will continue come rain come shine! This performance is an outdoor performance. We recommend that you bring blankets/chairs/cushions etc. to sit on. Come prepared for the weather with warm coats and waterproofs etc, as the performance will continue come rain come shine! We ask that you don’t bring umbrellas as these can obscure the view for other people in the audience. 7pm start time, gates open from 6pm. Hidden Powers | Wellesbourne Village Hall
Jul 22, 2025 (UTC+0)
Hall
For the first time, Britain’s leading, 29-year-old neuro-diverse magician and mentalist from Warwickshire is appearing in Wellesbourne. Last July saw Angus play to packed audiences around Warwickshire before taking his show for a full run to Edinburgh Fringe for the first time where, again, he played to sell-out crowds, critical acclaim (“a show of really high quality” / FringeReview), and bagged a prestigious Derek Award, for good measure! To round-out the year, this up-and-coming performer joined acclaimed hypnotist, Poldark, on a 20 date, theatre tour around the UK. In 2025, his all-new show – Hidden Powers will be debuting across multiple venues throughout the UK, as well as a repeat full run at Edinburgh in August and it is a fascinating, continuing exploration of the connection between the power of the mind – certainly of Angus’ mind – as well as his own, very personal, story of growing up with (Angus’ words) “neurodivergent superpowers”. Informative & entertaining; poignant but funny; you will never leave a Baskerville show without having had both your mind blown, and your appreciation of growing up autistic advanced. *** Hidden Powers/Meal out special* - 10% off your food bill if you eat before or after the show at 'The Kings Head' in Wellesbourne. Please show your 'Hidden Powers' tickets to the restaurant staff. Book your table at https://www.vintageinn.co.uk/restaurants/midlands/thekingsheadwellesbourne/tablebooking#/***
