On May 21, 2025, the 2025 Kern County ACEs Conference , presented by Anthem, will bring together partners from across Kern County to inform, discuss, and strategize on advancing trauma-informed care practices within both public and private organizations. The conference will run from 8 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., and participants can expect engaging speakers, CEU-accredited workshops, and networking opportunities with local community partners focused on meeting the needs of families. Connect: Tools for Strengthening Communication Presenter: Dev Lovell In this interactive workshop, participants will engage in learning practical communication tools to navigate interactions with empathy and confidence.
