Cultural Experiences
The Holistic Leadership Circles
is a cohort-based program that runs over four months, with seven sessions alternating between in-person and virtual gatherings in Vancouver.
Designed by and for women, particularly those from equity-deserving groups, the program offers experiential learning and practical support to navigate equity-related challenges while building leadership practices that address the unique barriers women face as collaborators, team leads, entrepreneurs, or community champions.
Grounded in strengths-based and gender-informed approaches, the circles combine goal-setting and peer mentoring with holistic practices that support the inner, relational, and systemic dimensions of leadership.
Inner:
Participants develop greater self-agency through intentional inner work, deepening self-awareness, and strengthening their capacity to influence and lead with integrity.
Relational:
Circle members cultivate essential skills for building relationships that are grounded in trust and that can sustain connection, collaboration, and mutual growth over time. The circle also serves as a practice field where participants exchange relevant expertise and strengthen their ability to form collaborative and growth-oriented connections, which is essential for sustainable leadership.
Systemic:
Ultimately, the program aims to build a supportive community committed to advancing women’s leadership through shared learning and action. These collective efforts aim to generate insights to better understand the barriers impacting inclusive leadership across sectors and to contribute to broader systems change.
