Daffodil Festival where you will Watch the parade. Meet the Daffodil Festival Queen and the scholarship winner. Tour the internationally known farms at Brent & Becky's Bulbs. Enjoy the rides and games. Take part in a talk on gardening, shop our many vendors, listen to a Live Music performance or have a tasty treat and get your face painted. Exhibitor will showcase a festival to celebrate the heritage of Gloucester and the daffodil industry, to promote a positive image of the county to surrounding areas, to encourage tourism, to promote the beautification of the county, to provide a family atmosphere and to encourage involvement of civic organizations and individuals in the festival which will create a sense of community. There is lots to see and do, including out of this world displays and props, traders selling out of this world collections, meet celebrities from Tv and the movies! Know your nymphs from your newts, your backswimmer from a lesser waterboatman and find out all about the phantom that lives in the pond! You'll learn more about the life cycles of these fascinating pond creatures and how they survive. Plus, make your own pond creature with our craft activity to take home. Join us at Robinswood Hill with your pre-school little ones and their older siblings (up to 8 years old) to explore the nature reserve and enjoy wildlife themed activities. These hands-on sessions take place outdoors, year-round and are a fun way to begin nature discovery. We Want Less! Events invites you to the psychedelic world of Shaun Gambowl Walsh and the Plagiarists, and friends. Birmingham's Shaun Gambowl Walsh and the Plagiarists bring a light show and a rave that 99.5/100 results in shoes being waved in the air by all those around. 2 nights and 3 days of music, bands, DJs, vibes, regulation fire, dancing, chatting nonsense and generally gambowling about the place. So put on your antlers, grab the nearest pineapple and walk like a crab by the river at Lower Lode Inn. Lower Lode Inn is a 15th century pub on the banks of the River Severn serving enough food and drink to feed a festival. You can book in for breakfast, lunch and dinner while enjoying a pint in the beer garden. The function hall will host evening entertainment so we're covered whatever the weather. There're also hot showers, real toilets and two camping fields. The Wonky Awning stage will have some weird and beautiful things happening, bring an acoustic guitar, bring your musical spoons. Bands From Gloucester and Birmingham Ticket cost includes 2 nights camping and hall admission. Under 16s free with parent/guardian supervision.
