Sally Blyth is a fully qualified Sound Practitioner (British Academy of Sound Therapy) with over 14 years experience in the field of sound healing. Please bring your own yoga or sleeping mat for the event. Feel free to bring along any other items to make you feel comfy and cosy (pillow/bolster; blanket; eye mask).
