Starting June 1st, join me once a month this summer for Park Pilates, a morning dedicated to movement, connection, and nourishing your well-being under the sun. This is your chance to enjoy a mindful Pilates practice, focused on strengthening your core and cultivating breath-to-movement awareness. Together, we’ll soak up the sun while grounding into a practice that supports your body, repairs your joints and muscles, and keeps you centered on your mat. Pilates is all about intentional movement that leaves you feeling nourished, energized, and joyful—what better way to celebrate the summer than with your community on a Sunday morning? After our Pilates session, stay and enjoy a delicious, nourishing acai bowl from Mi Dolcé Vida. Tania, the founder, will be serving fresh acai bowls topped with fruit, granola, and other healthy ingredients—perfect for refueling after a great workout. This is a great opportunity to relax, connect, and enjoy some quality time with others. After each session, we’ll have a 30-minute social circle where we can deepen our connections and continue building our community. Pilates has been a transformative practice in my life, and I can’t wait to share it with you! It’s a great way to start your day by prioritizing self-care and community connection. Together, we’ll explore a practice rooted in positive embodiment, where every movement is intentional, nurturing your body and spirit. Pricing: -Sessions are offered on a sliding scale to accommodate everyone's needs: -$20 - $30 per session Or sign up for the full summer series (June through September) for a prorated rate of $60 - $80. We value trust and transparency, choose the option that works best for you—this is your chance to invest in your well-being and feel supported in a community that cares. Important Notes: Weather permitting: In case of bad weather, we have an area that is covered under a large pavililon. If there is thunderstorms or flood warning we will move to a new day. In our private community all notifications and updates will be shared there. If you sign up for the prorated rate, you’ll be added to a private community group for ongoing support, updates, and connection. Part of her mission is to support mothers, children, and those in need, donating a portion of her proceeds to local causes. What happens if the weather isn't great?
We will hold sessions under the pavilion, so you’ll be covered from light rain. However, if there are floods or thunderstorms, we will reschedule the session. Participants will be notified promptly in case of a reschedule. 2. Is parking available?
Yes! Free parking is available behind the building. You'll find easy access to the event location from the parking lot. 3. Do I need to bring a mat?
No, mats and props will be provided! Just bring yourself, your positive energy, and your willingness to move! 4. What happens after the Pilates session?
After the session, we’ll gather for a 30-minute social circle to connect and share in community. It’s a wonderful opportunity to deepen your relationships and bond with like-minded participants. 5. Where can I find more details or updates?
