What pairs well with Tennis? Vino and Vinyasa! We all know how important conditioning is in keeping your mind and body tennis-ready, and nothing is better for strength, flexibility and mental focus than yoga! Join us for an evening of yoga with expert Matt Kapinus, as he guides us through some yoga moves and shares tips on form and best practices. After, we’ll join together in friendship and community as we sip some wine (don’t worry if you’re alcohol-free, we’ve got you covered!) and enjoy some tasty snacks. Come work on your poses, snuggle goats, and take some pictures. This is an all-ages, levels, and ability class Yoga starts at 6:30 PM at Finding Nectar Nursery. Each session will include plenty of time for snuggling and photos. Reminders: 1 . Please bring your own mat. We do have some available to rent 2. Dress for the weather, wear layers and sunscreen. In the case of bad weather, we may reschedule. If you are unable to attend the new date, you have 30 days to rebook any of our other events. Sessions may be rescheduled due to capacity requirements.
