Sound baths are a deeply immersive experience that use soothing vibrations to bring relaxation and balance to the mind and body. During a session, you'll lie down comfortably as the gentle sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments wash over you. These vibrations work on a cellular level, helping to release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore a sense of peace.

To ensure you have the most relaxing and comfortable experince, The Sound Spa will provide cushioned yoga mats and pillows for your sesion.
Please wear warm, comfy clothing - soft loose-fitting layers are best for total relaxtion.

Indulge in a unique journey comining YIN YOGA with mini HEAD/SHOULDER MASSAGE and SOUND BATH.
This 90mins session that includes:
5-mins Welcome and Introduction
5-mins Gentle warm-up to enhance flexibility and comfort especially for those who are feeling stiff.
5-mins Intention Setting and Pranayama/breathing practice.
45-mins YIN YOGA with HEAD & SHOULDER MASSAGE, targeting deep connective tissues to release tension and improve flexibility.
30-mins SOUND BATH, promoting deep relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance mental clarity.
5-mins Gentle Recovery
Note: despite the term "sound bath," this is a dry experience with no water involved). Conclude your practice with light refreshments, allowing you to slowly transition back to the world, feeling renewed and centered.

Join us at Maggie's Manchester on Friday 27th June 2025 as we walk 10k through the streets of Manchester to support people with cancer.
Walk in memory of a loved one, walk with your friends and family, or attend alone and meet all of our lovely supporters.
Registration is £20 to help us cover the cost of the event, and we ask everyone to try their very best to raise at least £80 in sponsorship to help us keep our doors open for people who need us.
Everyone will receive a free Maggie’s t shirt on the night in addition to refreshments throughout the evening.
