Join the Freestyle Lacrosse Supplemental Tryout on November 16, 2023, at the Mount Paran Christian School in Kennesaw, Georgia. This tryout presents an excellent opportunity for athletes to showcase their skills and compete for a spot on the team. With three roster spots available for the Spring/Summer 2024 season, this event is ideal for talented girls graduating high school in 2028, as well as elite players in the 2029 and 2030 classes. The coaches will evaluate participants' performance in various lacrosse drills and live play, focusing on agility, teamwork, and lacrosse IQ. To take part in the tryout, athletes should come prepared with their lacrosse gear, including a stick, goggles, mouth guard, cleats, and a reversible pinnie. Staying hydrated is crucial, so don't forget to bring plenty of water. Arriving ten minutes early will allow time for check-in and warm-up. While roster spots are not guaranteed, successful candidates will be notified by the coaches within three days after the tryout. The Hoya Hoops Spring 3v3 League (2024) is a fantastic opportunity for boys in grades 3rd-8th to enhance their basketball skills in a competitive environment. Taking place at Harrison High School in Kennesaw, GA, this league offers a series of sessions on Wednesdays from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM, starting on March 6th, 2024. Led by Coach Brock and assisted by other staff members and current varsity high school players, players will receive top-quality instruction throughout the league. The league will be divided into three divisions based on the players' current grade level: 3rd/4th grade division, 5th/6th grade division, and 7th/8th grade division. Younger players may have the opportunity to play up a division if their skill level is advanced. The league will consist of 5 weeks of 3v3 games, allowing players to gain valuable game experience while also working on their individual skills. Each team will have 4-5 players to allow for substitutions, injuries, or absences. To ensure player safety and hydration, it is recommended that all participants bring their own water bottle to each session. Additionally, all players who complete the league will receive a T-shirt as a memento of their participation. With only 75 spots available, it is important to secure your spot in this highly sought-after league. The cost to participate is $175, and tickets are expected to sell out quickly.
