Prepare to elevate your cycling skills at the BMA Skills Clinic - Women's Foundations: Beginner. This clinic is tailored for women who are new to cycling or mountain biking, aiming to enhance their abilities on singletrack trails. Delve into essential skills such as braking, shifting, and fundamental bike handling techniques. Guided by experienced instructors, you will learn how to brake effectively, shift gears correctly, maintain balance, climb, descend, steer, corner, lift the front wheel, roll down small drops, and more. With a maximum of six students per session, personalized attention is guaranteed.

The clinic will take place at Valmont Bike Park in Boulder on April 29, 2024, starting promptly at 5:30 pm. Participants can expect a cost ranging from $60 to $100, with discounted rates available for BMA members. Remember to wear a helmet, bring water, wear weather-appropriate clothing, and ride a trail-ready bike in good condition.
