This ethereal sound bath is more than an immersion in sound—it's an activation of your soul's ancient wisdom and a remembering of your starry essence.
Guided by the golden glyphs and the Light Elven wisdom of the Silver Wheel, this session invites you to:
✨ Open your heart to the codes of remembrance
✨ Realign with your star lineage and soul mission
✨ Receive transmissions through crystal bowls, chimes, voice, and elemental sounds
✨ Anchor new earth frequencies through deep relaxation and vibrational healing
Expect to be held in a space of deep reverence, beauty, and crystalline light.
Whether you're familiar with the

 or feeling called by the mystery, this sound journey will meet you where you are and carry you where you're meant to go.
What To Expect:
Attendees will lie down, and after getting comfortable will be guided through a grounding mediation to help the mind and body relax. Katy will then play various instruments being intuitively guided, creating an immersive sound journey. There is nothing needed other than simply lie back, receive the healing sounds and vibrations. A chance to slow down and drop into deep rest.
*** Important Information ***
As a precaution, it is not recommended that you take part in a Sound Healing session in the following situations:
1) When you are in the first 3 months of pregnancy
2) If you have epilepsy, experience seizures or episodes, or have UNMANAGED mental health issues. Including, but not limited to: bi-polar, schizophrenia, complex trauma, PTSD or harmful thoughts towards yourself or others. (General stress, anxiety, depression are OK).
3) If you are intoxicated, ie under the influence of alcohol, prescription or recreational drugs.
4) If you have metal plates or implants in your body. If you have had recent surgery, broken bones or other major physical injuries.
5) If you have a pacemaker fitted or have a heart condition.
6) If you suffer from tinnitus, or other conditions that could be triggered by sound.
By purchasing your ticket you confirm you have read the information and take responsibility for yourself.
What To Bring:
An offering for the altar, should you wish to bring one.
Comfortable clothing, please bring warm layers as it can get cold.
Journal and pen.
Water bottle for hydration.

About Katy:
Katy has been on a deep personal healing journey since 2019 following years of experiencing anxiety, fear and separation from self. After reaching a crisis point in her life, she was guided to Reiki, initiating her to walk the path of a Lightworker. Finding solace, healing and awakening on her journey, she is now passionate about sharing her experiences and creating spaces for others return home to their true self. Since 2020 Katy has trained to hone her gifts and offerings so she can help others navigate their way through this world.
Katy is a Holy Fire Reiki Master, Angelic Reiki and Sound Healer. Trained in Somatic Shamanic Energy Medicine and Spiritdance. She is also a Sacred Circle and Cacao Ceremony Facilitator, Writer, Channel, and Lightworker.
