PSBL and Modern Arnis Martial Arts have teamed up to offer a series of FREE self-defence classes to women aged 18+ Our self-defense classes which are female only are designed to teach women in our community to defend themselves in a safe environment. The classes will focus on de-escalation techniques as well as active self-defence and most importantly confidence building. To book your FREE session please sign up via Eventbrite or for further details contact malaka@psbl.org.uk FREE childcare provision availiable - one week advance booking required - For childcare bookings contact Malaka at malaka@psbl.org.uk If eventbrite is sold out please do turn up, we offer enough space for walk-ins.
