Get ready to relieve the stress of your workday with Healthy on the Hudson's exciting bi-weekly HIIT classes at Hudson River Park's Pier 57! In partnership with lululemon, Hudson River Park has teamed up with top fitness experts to create an incredible lineup of Healthy on the Hudson classes this summer. Join these group workouts and discover a new yoga flow or try out high-intensity interval training classes. These free classes are suitable for all fitness levels and are designed to keep you active and energized in the great outdoors. 

Every other Wednesday morning, you can participate in challenging and invigorating HIIT classes at one of HRPK's newest piers. The classes will be held at Hudson River Park's Pier 57, starting from Wednesday, June 7, from 8:00 - 9:00 AM. To secure your spot, be sure to register in advance for this event. Remember to bring your own mat for the class.
