Kundalini Activation with Elita | Soul Barns

Reclaim your inner power, your inner wisdom, and the truth of your existence by activating your life force energy. Awaken Your Inner Power with Kundalini Energy Activation Join me for a Kundalini Activation session where we will activate your dormant energy, clear blockages, and restore your natural flow. No previous experience is required- everyone from all walks of life and beliefs is welcome. The Science of Kundalini : Did you know that both ancient traditions and modern science acknowledge the presence of energy within the body? Deep within the nervous system lie untapped reserves of potential energy. Why Activate Kundalini? : Just like electricity flows through a circuit, Kundalini energy can surge through your body, leading to heightened awareness, emotional release, and profound “aha” moments of clarity. Studies show that unresolved emotions and mental stress often manifest as physical tension or "stuck energy”. What You Can Expect : During the session, you may experience spontaneous body movements, emotional releases, and deep insights- these are natural responses as your nervous system resets and rebalances. This is a safe, guided journey toward reconnecting with your authentic self and reclaiming your vitality. Join Me on Sunday, 21 June: Whether you’re seeking inner peace, clarity, or simply a fresh sense of vitality, this Kundalini session could be the spark your system needs to restore balance. Reconnect with your inner power and step into your true self. Preparation Tips for an Enhanced Experience : Avoid caffeinated drinks before the session, as caffeine keeps the brain in an active beta state. For a deeper experience, aim to be in a relaxed theta state. Wear comfortable clothing. Avoid heavy meals before the session. These suggestions are optional but recommended for the best experience. Limited Spaces Available, Reserve Your Spot Now and take the first step toward unlocking your full potential! Please arrive on time. To respect everyones journey, late arrivals will not be permitted.
