About this series:
Montessori Magic: Stories and Early Art 
is a heartwarming early childhood series that combines the magic of play with the wonder of storytelling. In partnership with My Painted House and its founder, celebrated educator and artist Jaime Castellanos, this program is designed to engage young minds in a holistic exploration of creativity and literacy.
Each session begins with a captivating story or poem, sparking children’s imaginations and laying the foundation for artistic inspiration. Guided by Jaime, little learners will then bring those stories to life through hands-on art activities tailored to their developmental stages. From painting scenes to crafting characters, participants will explore color, texture, and design while building fine motor skills, vocabulary, and comprehension.
The program celebrates the connection between art and storytelling, helping children develop their self-expression, communication skills, and a lifelong love for creativity and books. Families will cherish the keepsakes their children create and the stories they tell, making every session a memorable step in their learning journey.
About Jaime Castellanos:
Jaime Castellanos is the founder of My Painted House and a passionate educator dedicated to enriching early childhood experiences through art and storytelling. With years of expertise working with young learners, Jaime blends creativity with literacy, empowering children to express themselves while fostering essential developmental skills. His engaging approach inspires joy, confidence, and curiosity, helping children discover the beauty of art and the magic of words. Through My Painted House, Jaime continues to nurture young imaginations, one craft and story at a time.

About Rise + Read Little Revolutionaries Program:
Age Range: Ages 0-4
Program Description:
This program builds foundational reading skills for Kindergarten readiness and long-term success through phonics, storytelling, and project-based learning. It emphasizes culturally relevant content to reflect diverse identities, fosters pride, and promotes cultural awareness. Integrating arts and expressive activities helps children process emotions and develop a positive self-concept. By involving caregivers, it strengthens family engagement in literacy and fosters community unity. Focused on low-income and historically marginalized children, it addresses educational disparities, promoting equity and improving literacy for children up to 4 years old.
