R.E.D.E.E (
Real Emergency and Disaster Expertise and Equipment
) Fest: Red Hook's First Annual Business Preparedness Festival
Red Hook businesses know what it means to be hit hard and rebuild anyway. R.E.D.E.E Fest is built on that same energy: real expertise, real equipment, real talk: three evenings of support for the helpful-but-annoying preparedness tasks you keep putting off, done together, at a brewery, on the water, with your neighbors.
We've brought in fire safety experts, flood specialists, and insurance brokers , and advisors so you don't have to figure it out alone. We’ll get you prepped with some homework, then bring your laptop, bring your policy documents, bring your complaints, to-do's, and questions. We'll walk you through biz preparedness tasks, and give you a digital takehome workbook so you can keep going
Much of the content will apply to all our Red Hook “Biz”: Businesses, Nonprofits, Artists, Freelancers, Home-Based Biz.You’ll get access to all resources as takeaways and we can continue regular meet-ups to continue the homework!
