Join me for a sound bath journey dedicated to you - your wellness, your calmness, your relaxation, and your spirit.  The calming sound waves and vibrations of carefully chosen instruments will gently wash over you and through you, creating a harmonious space for deep relaxation and rejuvenation.  This springtime sound bath is an immersive experience designed to calm your mind and body, and rejuvenate your spirit, awakening the energy of vitality and balance within you.
Chinese Chau gong:
  this wonderful instrument produces a wide range of frequencies that can aid in calming, centering, and grounding.
Tibetan bowls:
  promote relaxation, can reduce stress and anxiety, and increase focus that can lead to a deeper meditative state.
432 hz singing crystal bowls:
  soothing calmness with vibrations that can promote relaxation and reduce tension in your body, inviting a deeper sense of calmness.
swinging meditation chime:  
helps to reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and help settle the mind and calm racing thoughts.
ocarina drone flute:  
beautiful flute with natural, haunting sounds to promote stress reduction and relaxation.
crystal pyramid:  
invites focus, balancing of your mind, body, and spirit, and a deep connection to self.
Reservations are required!
Your comfort enhances your experience!  You will be laying on the floor, so please bring with you items to aid in your comfort!  
Camping mattress, sleeping bag, padded mat, blanket, pillow, water.  Dress in comfortable clothing.  There are blankets and bolsters available for use at the studio on a first come, first serve basis.  Please reach out if you have any questions at all!
