The receptionist is nice. As soon as you park your car, there's a golf cart waiting to pick you up. Upon check-in, there will be a welcome drink and cold towel provided while waiting for check-in. The staff recommended it well. But when entering the room, the housekeeper didn't take out the trash from the previous customer's bathroom. The amenities in the room were very ok. There is an iron stand ready. There are a lot of various bathroom items. There's even detergent provided. But Breakfast has quite a few options. and room service is slow And in the shower room Water from the shower flows out through the door and it becomes impossible to separate the dry and wet zones. It's all wet. There's a lot of deposit here, about 3,000 baht. Overall, I really like the staff here. Good service in every depar**ent. Especially the front

We booked this room for our two children. Upon check-in, we requested that our rooms be close together, and the hotel kindly provided a complimentary upgrade. This certainly warrants another positive review! Bicycles are available for complimentary rental at the hotel, although a fee applies if they are damaged or lost. The swimming pools are nice. We only used the one located near the beach; the other one with a slide was a bit too far, so we didn't bother going. The hotel offers a 'Nemo' fish feeding service daily, from 9-10 AM and seemingly again from 4-5 PM, which the children absolutely loved. Breakfast was quite good, with plenty of variety and fresh fruit juices. During our stay, we could explore the tidal flats between 10-11 AM and 9-10 PM. The children had a blast catching small fish and crabs. Mosquitoes were not a significant issue at the hotel, and we even saw a lizard.

Very clean room, walking distance to Ao nang landmark night market. Everything is good about the hotel, the paved is comfy but pillow is very flat even I had 3 to sleep on. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are of good quality and very nice fragrance.

The hotel is very nice, huge rooms and many warm and most importantly clean pools (even next to the sea the pool was clean, it smelled a little of chlorine, but better than all sorts of rotaviruses). Mostly Swedish package tourists are on holiday. Breakfasts are normal, no frills, but also quite varied. Everything is clean and tidy, there was no shortage of fruit, etc., everything is brought at once. The territory is huge, green. There is a playground and a children's water slide. Cafes and restaurants are mainly located on the beach line. The sand on the beach is very dense, you can even walk with a stroller.

The location is a bit off, but it is very quiet. The hotel can also be easily rented by car. It is suitable for a quiet holiday. The villa has all the facilities and the swimming pool is directly opposite the sea.

It was truly beautiful, one of the best stay of my life. The whole stay from the transfer from the airport to the end of the stay was organised to the smallest details. Franck the hotel management and his team doing a really amazing work. Room was spotlessly clean, also the pool area was clean and well maintained. The place is is on Koh Lanta, which is not too touristy, which is a great thing for a relaxing stay. Wifi was sarong at the whole resort. Great gym facility. Excellent breakfast with a great view on the beachfront. Overall 10/10 stay, highly recommended.

The overall atmosphere of the place gives off a relaxing, chill resort vibe. The lobby was welcoming, and the reception staff were all very friendly. You’ll definitely feel a touch of nature throughout the stay. However, do note that certain areas could use a bit of maintenance, and the rooms aren't soundproof—you might hear birds or even the toilet flushing from nearby rooms at night. The view is lovely, though the sea view was blocked by trees, which was a bit disappointing. On the bright side, breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the service team was excellent—warm, attentive, and cheerful. Honestly, this is the kind of resort where the people shine more than the facilities. Well done to all the staff!

Great choice for a family! We spent a week in Amari vogue resort and we are so happy for our choice! The staff are so nice, helpful with everything we asked to make this experience as comfortable as possible! It’s a very quiet place built with Thai architecture very clean and our upgraded room was big and had all the necessary equipment to make us feel great. Breakfast has European and Asian dishes and every day they had different selections. Surprisingly, there’s a Starbucks store in it too! We had 4 times dinner at the Marcos beach restaurant and the food was really delicious. The resort helped us also to book a long tail boat to visit the islands across. Truly, it’s hard to find negative things in our stay. Maybe for some people they won’t feel comfortable with the lots of stairs but you get used to it fast. Near the resort there are no shops and you need to ask the reception to book a car to bring you to AoNang, the closest town that has all the necessary stuff, markets, restaurants, pharmacies etc. It’s about 20’ minutes away. There’s a choice to rent a motorbike as well.
