The main hubs of Air North are Erik Nielsen Whitehorse International Airport and Yellowknife Airport. The airline operates numerous flights throughout Yukon, as well as between Yukon and the Northwest Territories, British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario. The airline was initially a charter airline operating in Yukon, but it expanded its services to include scheduled flights in 2002. In 2019, Air North has been recognized by Trip Advisor as Best Specialty and Leisure Airline in North America in 2019. Air North prides itself on its northern hospitality, offering complimentary meals and baggage allowance on its flights.
