When does a gift card expire?

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the activation date. If you haven't used your gift card during its validity period, you can contact Trip.com customer support to extend it.

Are gift cards available in multiple currencies and amounts?

Gift cards are available in 27 currencies, including USD, SGD, AUD, GBP, and JPY. Gift cards can also be purchased in multiple amounts.

Which payment method can I use?

Only bank transfer payment methods are supported.

How do I activate a gift card?

There are two ways to activate your gift card: 1. Send an activation request via email. Your gift card will be activated within 1–2 working days after we receive the email. 2. Activate your gift card yourself by entering your card number and PIN through an exclusive activation link.

Can I get a physical gift card?

Physical gift cards are currently unavailable.

Can I customise the amounts of gift cards?

Yes, you can customise the gift card amounts.
