I recently stayed at the Haile resort hawassa and I must say, it was an excellent experience from start to finish! The resort is luxurious, modern, and impeccably clean, offering top-notch amenities and outstanding service.

Amazing view with amazing service. The hotel overlooks the Nech sar nature reserve and feels really peaceful. My friend celebrated her birthday during our stay and the staff went out of the way to get a cake and made it really special for her. Thank you Haile Resort! Very Good Choice Near Lake Hawassa Central Hawassa Hotel is a very good option for visitors who want to stay close to Lake Hawassa while still being near the city center; the location makes it easy to reach the lake, restaurants, and local attractions, and some rooms offer pleasant lake views that add to the experience. The rooms are comfortable and suitable for a relaxing stay, and the atmosphere is calm compared to busier hotels in town. Overall, it’s a sensible and enjoyable choice for travelers who value location, views, and convenience in Hawassa. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was delicious. For me it’s the best hotel in Hawassa.

After booking, make sure to call and confirm your reservation and schedule your shuttle. Booking a room comes with free breakfast, a boat trip, swimming, gym, and spa. Pros - customer service -＞ from start (the shuttle driver) until we leave, they were great and treated us well. They were polite and kind. 5 🌟 - breakfast -＞ they have a lot of varieties. I love their omlete, pancake, and juices (they had 6 varieties). Their Firfir also tastes 👌. The only thing I didn't like was their cakes. - Quick maintenance -＞ when I call them to get something fixed or need something, they were fast to respond. Cons - No AC in our room -＞ there was no AC in our room, and the room was hot. But the fan they provided helped a little bit. - toilet -＞ it works but we had to call maintenance twice to fix it. - The replaced tea cups the 2nd day were dirty. -Suggestion -＞ Implement AC or put an overhead fan.
