Mixed Experience at Vinpearl – Room Great, Dining Disappointing I stayed at Vinpearl from 22 Sep to 3 Oct and again from 6 Oct to 11 Oct. The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were a definite plus. However, there were several inconsistencies and disappointments during my stay. - Laundry Service: During my first stay, laundry was complimentary (3 pieces/day), but in the second stay, it became chargeable. This inconsistency was frustrating and could be improved. - Breakfast: The breakfast menu was 95% the same every day, with limited variety. The fried noodles were consistently hard and dry, which was disappointing. - BBQ Buffet (600k VND): This was the most disappointing part of my experience. The food quality was poor, with cheap ingredients repeated across different stations. If this continues, I fear the restaurant may not last. In comparison, I visited Sen Buffet near Ho Tay, which cost only 480k VND and offered crayfish, big prawns, various crabs, and a wide variety of fresh dishes—far superior in quality and value. - Vinpearl Buffet (480k VND with 20% hotel guest discount): I only had a bowl of noodles, some fruit, a few pieces of not-so-fresh salmon sashimi, and one drink—nothing stood out or felt worth the price. - Room Service Timing: Housekeeping often came too late in the day, sometimes after 5–6 PM, which disrupted rest time. This should be addressed for better guest comfort. On a positive note, staff were friendly, especially the foreign manager, who stood out for his professionalism.

The hotel is cost-effective, the rooms and public areas are clean, and the front desk staff can communicate in Chinese. There is Chinese food in the hotel, and you can also communicate in Chinese. The room size is suitable and there is a washing machine in the room, which is convenient for multi-day stays.

Breakfast: More desserts than savory options, with limited Chinese dishes. Room: It's more of a serviced apartment with a kitchen, fridge, microwave, and electric stove. It's divided into a small living room, bedroom, and kitchen. No bathtub. Bathroom: No soap, and no hand towels. Cleanliness: The room is very clean and tidy, and the cleaning staff are professional. Laundry: Stains, especially grease, couldn't be removed, even though they could easily be cleaned with dish soap. Spa: More expensive than in Shenzhen. Dining: The prices for both Chinese and Western food are reasonable.

I stayed here for a short business trip and it worked out really well. The room was quiet and clean, with a good desk setup and reliable Wi-Fi, which was exactly what I needed for getting work done. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well every night — which isn't always the case when traveling for work. The staff were professional and friendly. Check-in was quick, and they were helpful when I needed local recommendations for dinner after long workdays. Breakfast was okay — nothing fancy, but enough to start the day. If you're in town for business and just need a comfortable, no-fuss place to stay, this place does the job really well. Would definitely consider staying here again on my next work trip.

It's one of the best hotels in Bac Giang. Loved the breakfast and plus points for free use of washing machine and its distance to Go! Bac Giang and the big Hoang Hoa Tham park.

The hotel is good, Beijiang is a quiet small city, you can see the city view in the room, the front desk is very friendly, I prefer to see the night view, the front desk took me to a safe exit terrace to see, and helped me guide

I must praise the service of Songpin Hotel! The staff gave enthusiastic guidance from the moment I entered the door, and the check-in was efficient. During my stay, the aunt who cleaned the room carefully sorted out the items and replenished the small supplies. Once I forgot to bring my charger, the front desk immediately helped me solve it. It felt so good to have a response to everything 👍 The environment and facilities are also online, the experience is superb, recommended!

This was my first time at the Peninsula Hotel in Bac Ninh. It was clean, spacious, and cozy, with modern amenities and facilities. The Chinese-speaking front desk was a breeze, making my trip very convenient. I've been to Bac Ninh several times before, and the overall quality was better than other hotels I've stayed at, offering the best value. I heard that this hotel will soon be adding entertainment options like a karaoke bar and spa, which I'm very excited about. I'll definitely consider this hotel next time I visit.
