Удобные номера, качественная косметика.
Парковка рядом с отелем (подземная парковка платная и принадлежит торговому центру). Персонал плохо говорит на английском, но очень старается помочь и оказать хороший сервис. Отель новый, гостей пока мало и поэтому завтрак был тоже по set menu (вкусно, достаточно, выбор сетов на завтрак большой).
Нам очень понравилось пребывание в отеле!!!

🙂: The room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable, my room has a small terrace, the environment is acceptable
😕: The water pressure of the shower 🚿 is small, it is difficult to imagine that it is a four-star hotel shower. I have dinner buffet at my own expense (very cheap, 225.000 VND), similar to the breakfast buffet the next morning, some food is not very fresh.
In summary, this price (about 1.200.000 Vietnamese dong for one night) does not meet this quality 🙁

Booked a room here as it had reasonable reviews. However, we left after an hour because there was no heating. We were staying in Feb(winter) and had didn’t the day in a bike so were cold. We were told by the owner that no where had heating the AC units were only for chilling in the summer.
As it happened the room were given wasn’t what we’d booked, it was smaller but we didn’t raise this as all we wanted was to find somewhere warm to stay. We left and booked Milk Milk Homestay. Which was great, the people were lovely and there was an ac heating unit in the room. It’s so important to be able to get warm when you’ve been on bikes all day.

The resort is very beautiful. M in Quynh Tu 3. Everyone should choose to stay in this room type because it is close to the restaurant, but it is too far in the villa, the road to climb is tiring. Quynh Tu remember to choose the 1,2,3,4,5 apartment to have a unobstructed view. Other apartments are both far and blocked. Breakfast is also ok. The restaurant has super expensive dishes. Probably in the highlands
