Unfortunately we only chose to stay 1 night here. But when we travel next time. Will definitely stay here again. Location was great. Easy walk to all the sights. Parking just outside wall with 24 hour parking and longer if you park there after 6pm the day before 😉 Hotel was easy to find and check in was quick and simple. Room overlooked street and was nice and quiet. Just note the head room when walking up some stairs here hahaha. We went and did lots of exploring of the city and the little local pub across the road had great beer and simple but amazing food. Loved our trip to Rothenburg

A very unforgettable stay experience. This is a hotel run by an old German couple at the gate of Rothenburg. The decoration of the hotel is full of warm German style. The old man is very enthusiastic and he keeps chatting with us. The accommodation is very warm and comfortable. It is not the tourist season. He specially prepared new bedding for our arrival. The room was clean and tidy. He reminded us that it is best to have breakfast after 8 o'clock the next day. The restaurant is warm and comfortable, with many of his personal collections and paintings, and the breakfast is very rich and delicious. The summer peak season is said to be full. Worth staying at a hotel, parking, and transportation are all convenient. Go through the gate and you will reach the castle.

Arrived for check in at 4pm but the place was closed til 5pm. Was advertised with a sauna but it wasn't available. We were just told ”No its not available”, without any further discussion as to why not. Not sure if these are the fault of Trip.com or the Hotel but either way, they were 2 of the reasons we chose this place so falsely advertised.

Surprisingly good place to stay, dont expect lift in the countryside. Quiet town locals gather her for functions in restaurant. Food was standard german fare but good nice shnitzels. On site parking is limited but free. Friendly manager and staff. Thanks Irene.

This is a hotel that integrates restaurants and hotels. The restaurant on the first floor is the guest room upstairs. There are free parking spaces, but there are not many parking spaces (but I don't know if the parking space across the road is not it), it should be first come first stop. There is a good supermarket more than 100 meters away. Very close to the Neuschwanstein Castle attraction, it is only three or four kilometers. The location is still very good. There is no elevator, the room is relatively clean, and the bathroom is spacious enough. If you remember correctly, there should be no air conditioning, but the weather was already cold when we came here, and air conditioning was not used.

The host was amazing! The house and apartment are great, very charming with a mountain view. All bedrooms are en-suite. The host did everything to make our stay the best possible, including recommendations. Would definitely return.

The bathtub doesn't drain the water properly. No air-conditioning . Hot summer days can be a big problem. Good location well everywhere is walking distance. But for that money, I definitely stayed at better places in Germany.

숙소에 정말 만족했습니다! 시설이 전반적으로 깔끔하고 잘 정비되어 있어서 머무는 내내 편안했어요. 객실도 아늑하고 조용해서 푹 쉴 수 있었습니다. 조식도 신선해서 하루를 기분 좋게 시작할 수 있었고, 특히 현지 스타일 메뉴가 있어 더욱 좋았어요. 위치 또한 중심지와 가까워서 관광이나 이동이 아주 편리했어요. 다음에 또 방문하게 된다면 꼭 다시 머물고 싶은 숙소입니다. 추천합니다!

The hotel was beautiful very spacious and nice. The view was great and the neighborhood was beautiful. Thank you very much. I will definitely visit again.

The entrance was difficult to find, and I couldn't get in without calling ahead. My room also required inserting the key from the inside to lock it. Also, the number of towels varied daily, which was a bit inconvenient for someone used to Japan, but there didn't seem to be any worries about theft.
